Mission:

• to act for the benefit of the entire community by serving as the vehicle through which the community secures services from the city;
• to provide a means by which residents may resolve matters concerning the welfare of the local or larger community; and
• to maintain and improve the physical aspects and lifestyle of College Hill by supporting the work, programs, and activities of its committees and by preserving and developing good human relations.
