Equipping Ministries International (EMI)

Mission:

to combine the disciple-making and teaching ministry of Matthew 28:18, “go into all the world and make disciples, teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you” with the ministry of multiplying Christian leaders mentioned in II Timothy 2:2, “what you have heard from me before many witnesses, entrust to faithful believers who will teach others also.”

Throughout the United States and in many foreign countries, we work to equip Bible-believing Christians to minister, teach, and raise up healthy lay leaders to reach out with Christ’s truth, compassion, and healing. The courses are offered in 40 states and 42 countries. The idea is for businesses, churches, and community groups to take an active role in preventing problems among their members, as well as offering support systems and relapse prevention for those who have undergone treatment. Founded by Dr. Gary Sweeten, former CHPC pastor.
